Owner/Consultant: I started freelancing part-time in December 1997 and went full-time in February 2002.  During this time, I have performed various tasks for multiple clients. The tasking includes

Provide technical consults for the update and remediation of the USAID’s Global Health Learning Center website as well as instructional design reviews for the site course content.

TYTO Learning Solutions – Consultant (Apr 2019 – Aug 2020)

Provided instructional design and development services for TYTO’s Remote Teaching Bootcamp designed for K-12 teachers. Designed, developed, and delivered custom web technology training.

Adjunct Professor – Designed, developed, and delivered courses for the Graduate School of Education. Senior Instructional Designer – Designed and developed instructional materials per the request of the Government Client. Performed task coordination, budget management, and scheduling. Prepared instructional design proposals, both task and cost. 

George Mason University (Mar 99 – Aug 01)

Sr. Instructional Designer/Technologist and Webmaster – Provided instructional design consultations to help faculty use of technology in their courses.  I conducted teaching and technology workshops. Designed, developed, and maintained various Mason web sites. Designed and managed the development of WEMS; an extensive online services and performance management system.

Adjunct Faculty – Information Systems Technology Instructor for IST129 and IST226, Web Page Design I and II respectively.

Operations Manager – Performed instructional design improvement sessions and coordinated the efforts of staff and consultants in the transition (location and system) and upgrade of the business network.
